2 in 1 Tumbler & Turntable Automatic Sand Blasting Machine

This enclosed cabinet type automatic sandblaster designed with 2 working stations that meets different finishing purposes achieved in 1 machine, including a turntable station for round or cyclinder parts in bigger size, and a tumble basket for batching processing of small accessories. As a group of blast guns sweep blasting, the turntable or basket rotates automatically at the same time, thus all sided surfaces and corners of the object can be cleaned thoroughly and evenly.

Automatic & Manual Blast Guns
Each automatic blast gun is individually controlled and can be set for fixing blasting or oscillating blasting, which depends on the shaped of the being finished objects.
You can set the blasting angles by adjust the gun brackets. It is also configured with a piece of manual gun for more precise operating. The quantity of the blast guns can be customized as requests.

Custom-made Automatic Working Station
The heavy-duty automatic turntable is ideal for three dimensional complex objects, such as alloy wheels, irregular moulds, while it also can be set for manual rotates for more precise checking jobs, and fitted with fixture for handling small and light workparts. 
The basket tumbler is able to hold a certain quantity of small accessories, such as hardware, screws, zipper heads, plastic parts.  Automatic tumbling and blasting actions ensures excellent uniformity and quality consistency.

Smart Control Panel
The smart control panel combines all functions, such as blast time setting, blast gun working, dust removing, etc., with a high degree of flexibility and stability. It achieves fully automatic when you set a timer and other processing parameters.

 Cyclone Seperator
Can be optionally equipped with cyclone separator for effectively separation of untrafine abrasives from dusts, increasing the recycling rate of pure abrasives.

 Filter Cartrige Dust Collector
Configurated with an independent dust removal system with excellent effect of dust extraction and ventilation, which combines a piece of high precision cartridge filter made of 100% polyester.
