  Automatic Blast Guns & Tumbling Belt
The automatic guns can be set for oscillating blasting. which provides full and uniform abrasive flow for workparts' surfaces. The oscillating blasting angles can be adjusted. The quantity of the blast guns can be customized as requests.
The thick, perforated, durable rubber belt has a loading capacity of 200kgs, ensures reliable tumbling of high volume workparts.

 Electric & Pneumatic Control
The electric control cabinet is flexible to manage the working of blast guns, adjust belt tumbling speed, set blasting cycle time, start dust collector, and other basic functions. Each blast gun is independently controlled.
The easy-to-use pneumatic valves on the front of machine body is to adjust blasting pressures for each guns according to the pressure guages.

Cyclone Separator & Filter Cartrige Dust Collector
Blast media is continuously separated from dust by a cyclone device, returning only pure blast media in good shape back to the blast nozzles for optimal results.
A pulse filter cartridge for dust removal system, features high removal efficiency and requires easy installation and maintenance

This tumble belt type automatic sandblasting machine is quite ideal for surface treatment of small and medium sized parts features relatively heavy, complex-shaped parts, also requires high output and good uniformity.

Simply load parts on the rubber belt and set guns, the timer and dust collector, closed the door. Parts automatically tumble on the rubber belt, a group of blast guns uniformly blast medias to all exposed surfaces to deliver a consistent finish automatically. Nozzles are mounted on an oscillating blast gun to ensure maximum coverage of all parts. When time arrives, the machine automatically stopped, and go to unload the perfectly cleaned or finished parts.
