This automatic sand blasting machine is widely for wheel treatment such as removeing rusts, old paints, scratches, creating an adhesive rough surface for better painting or powder coating.

Automatic sandblaster for alloy wheel is more popular than a manual machine. As a specially designed wheel blast cabinet incorperates a turntable, and a group of blast guns, the guns automatically oscillates and blasts, while the turntable automatically rotates, which ensures the abrasive flow fully covers the wheels to clean. It is a great saving of labor ans time, and an excellent unifromity.

Usually it just takes about 10 minutes to blast a wheel by automatic sandblaster, actual time depends on actual condition. Mostly use white corundum, or brown corundum as blasting abrasives.
