This automatic sandblasting machine designed with a turntable achieves high processing efficiency and great labor saving, ideal for big cylindrical shapes or three dimensional shaped objects, such as alloy wheels, irregular moulds. As a group of automatic guns blasting, the turntable rotates automatically at the same time, thus all sides surfaces and corners of the object can be cleaned thoroughly and evenly.

Automatic & Manual Blast Guns
Each automatic blast gun is individually controlled and can be set for fixing blasting or oscillating blasting, which depends on the shaped of the being finished objects.
You can set the blasting angles by adjust the gun brackets. It is also configured with a piece of manual gun for more precise operating. The quantity of the blast guns can be customized as requests.

 Custom-made Automatic Turntable
The heavy-duty turntable is ideal for loading big and irregularly shaped workpieces, also can be fitted with fixture for handling small and light workparts.
It can be set for automatic rotating along with automatic guns for increased efficiency and uniformity. While it also can be set for manual operation for more precise cleaning jobs.

Our automatic blasting system standardly applies advanced PLC electric control system, with a high degree of flexibility and stability. The user-friendly interface features easy to manage the blast gun and turntable working, control the dust collector, etc

 Cyclone Seperator
Can be optionally equipped with cyclone separator for effectively separation of untrafine abrasives from dusts, increasing the recycling rate of pure abrasives.

 Filter Cartrige Dust Collector
Configurated with an independent dust removal system with excellent effect of dust extraction and ventilation, which combines a piece of high precision cartridge filter made of 100% polyester.

This automatic sandblasting cabinet developed by kafan incorporating many years' experience of customers' practice, specially suitable for wheel finish, such as remove rust, stripping old paints and roughing an adhesive surface before powder coating.

It is an intelligent automatic blasting machine that realizes flexible switch of Manual and Automatic operation to meet different finishing requirements.
Manual Operation Mode: step on the foot switch, the blasting gun start working, release the foot switch, the blast gun stop work.
Automatic Operation Mode: set the gun parameter and the blasting time at the smart PLC panel, start automatic blasting, it will begin the countdown according the time you set. The blasting machine will automatically stop if time is up.
