Wear-resistent Shot Blasting Chamber
The shot blasting chamber is configured with perforated steel plate riveted welding and laid with alloy guard plates, all peform wear-resistant, impact-resistant and long lifespan.
The electric control cabinet is flexible to manage the working of the impeller, tumbling belt, setting blast cycle time, starting dust collector, and other basic functions.
Media Lifting Elevator & Filter Dust Collector
The heavy blasting media such as steel shots after using are lifted by the bucket elevator.and delivered back to the blasting system for recycling. saving consumables.
A pulse-cleaning filter cartridge for dust removal system features high removal efficiency and requires easy installation and maintenance, ensures least workshop dust emission.

Tumble Belt Automatic Shot Blasting Machine Application
This tumble belt type shot blasting machine is quite ideal for surface treatment of small and medium sized parts features relatively heavy, complex-shaped, also requires high output and good uniformity.
It is widely used for removing casting sand, rust, oxide scale, welding slag and burrs. It also performs shot peening to improve metal fatigue strength and prepare rough, adhesive-friendly surfaces before coating or electroplating. Two belt options available: rubber belt for delicate aluminium, non-ferrous parts with gentle tumbling; manganese steel belt for heavy-duty cast iron, steel forgings and heat-treated components.
