This environmental enclosed blast cabinet delivers extremely efficient surface cleaning, descaling, rust removal, oxide elimination and shot peening strengthening. 

How Rotary Table Shot Blasting Cabinet Works

The rotary shot blasting machine is powered by electrically driven centrifugal shot blasting force. Workpieces are steadily placed on the rotating turntable inside the cabinet and rotate continuously during the blasting process. As the turntable rotates slowly, high-speed abrasive shots ejected by blast wheels uniformly strike all surfaces of the parts, ensuring no blind spots on flat surfaces, curved profiles, welded joints achieving consistent surface treatment without dead zones.

The rotary table is made of flat steel welded into a mesh disc, covered with a rubber plate with holes. which allows blasting media to fall through and reduce the wear from shot peening. 

The rotating table is electrically driven by sprocket, and motorized with adjustment speed for optimal exposure to the blast stream.

Designed with a pair of front-opening doors in wide opening and good sealing when closed, as well as a pneumatically top-opening door.

Media Elevator & Filter Cartrige Dust Collector

Used abrasive media will fall down into the bottom funnel of the blasting chamber, where it is conveyed by screw conveyors and a bucket elevator to an automatic media cleaner then back to the blast gun.

Equipped with a filter cartridge dust extraction system effectively removes dust, oxide residues and waste impurities ensures recycled medias are pure and clean.

This closed-loop media circulation system greatly reduces abrasive consumption, lowers production costs for long-term continuous operation.
