This rotary automatic sandblasting machine activates through a large turntable taking a quantity of small turntables(fixed with workparts), and the large one continuously rotates to present small ones to the front of the automatic guns for blast finishing.

How continuous rotary automatic turntable sandblaster works?

Workparts are rotated to the blasting area where they are processed by automatic guns. Each blast gun is individually controlled for working by demands. Depending on the parts shapes and dimensions, the blast guns can be set for fixed blasting or oscillating blasting. Small working turntables are evenly spaced presenting workparts in front of blast gun for automatic processing. They are driven through independent motors, stepless speed regulation by converter.

The whole process is managed by advanced PLC electric control system, with a high degree of flexibility and stability. The automatic sandblasting system standardly consists cyclone separator andcartridge filter dust removal system with excellent effect of dust extraction.
