This automatic sandblasting machine is an ideal appliation for cylindrical shaped parts, like pan, cooker, bottles, allows efficient blasting of inner and outer surfaces.

One of our customer ordered this machine for their cooking pan, whose diamater is 35cm and height is 18cm. The outer dimension of the automatic sandblaster is L1700 * W1900 * H2350mm and incorporates with 12pcs blasting guns, which allows processing 120pcs of pan per hour.

How automatic multi-turntable sandblaster works?

After operators clip the workparts in the small turntables, the large indexing rotary table drives them precisely to the blasting station where a group of automatic guns working, simultaneously small turntables rotate themselves, ensures abrasive flows cover all the surfaces. After sandblasting, they will be driven to the air blowing station for cleaning, finally rotate to the loading & unloading section.
